Terms and Conditions of Sale — GENEVA DIAL

Last updated: 2026

Preamble and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) exclusively govern all contractual relations between the GENEVA DIAL atelier (hereinafter the “Seller” or the “Atelier”) and any natural or legal person, whether a consumer or a business customer (hereinafter the “Buyer” or the “Customer”), placing an order or purchasing products (wall clocks, large-format XXL pieces, desk clocks and accessories) through the website geneva-dial.lovable.app and any associated domain name or subdomain (hereinafter the “Website”).

Any order placed on the Website implies the Customer’s full, prior and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the Buyer confirms the order. They prevail over any other general or specific terms not expressly approved by the Atelier.

Article 2. Products, Specifications and Brand Independence

2.1. Nature and Description of Products

The products offered for sale by GENEVA DIAL are works of art and interior decoration: monumental wall clocks, desk clocks and accessories inspired by watchmaking culture and haute horlogerie. The essential characteristics of each piece (materials such as AISI 304L stainless steel, type of mineral crystal, Gen-II Silent Sweep silent quartz movement, dimensions, weight from 1.5 kg to 2.1 kg) are detailed on each product page.

The photographs, videos and visuals presented on the Website are produced with the greatest possible accuracy to represent the pieces faithfully. However, the Seller shall not be held liable for minor variations in colour shades or reflections resulting from screen lighting.

2.2. Brand Independence and Intellectual Property Notice

GENEVA DIAL is a strictly independent design studio and decorative arts atelier. The products offered are not wristwatches, are not official merchandise and are in no way manufactured, approved, authorised, certified or distributed by the third-party watch brands mentioned on the Website.

All model names, collection names and visual references are used exclusively for descriptive, indicative and nominative purposes (nominative fair use) to inform the public of the aesthetic inspiration behind the decorative pieces offered. All elements of the Website (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, animations and code) remain the exclusive intellectual property of GENEVA DIAL.

Article 3. Prices, Currencies, Promotional Offers and International Taxation

3.1. Display of Prices and Currencies

Product prices are displayed on the Website in euros (€ including all taxes) or in the currency selected by the Customer using the currency selector. For residents of the European Union, prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate in force on the date of the order.

3.2. Cross-Border Pricing and Customs Duties

  • Complimentary delivery: Standard shipping costs are covered in full by GENEVA DIAL worldwide, regardless of the destination country.
  • Sales outside the European Union: For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Middle East and Asia), prices are invoiced excluding taxes or in accordance with the applicable export arrangements. Any customs duties, local import taxes or administrative fees specific to the destination country may be charged by the local customs authorities when the parcel arrives. These additional costs remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
